Programme

Overview

Step out of the winter chill into a candlelit evening of Christmas carols in a historic Gothic church. A choir and period ensemble deliver beloved festive classics in an atmosphere of timeless old-world charm.Leave the winter streets behind and step into the warm, flickering glow of a grand, historic church for a mesmerizing Christmas carol concert. Against a backdrop of Gothic arches and centuries-old stone, a chorister ensemble joins forces with period-instrument musicians to deliver cherished classics and beautifully arranged seasonal gems. Candlelight dances on vaulted ceilings and wooden pews as rich, harmonious voices fill the nave, creating an atmosphere of timeless charm. After the final chorus, venture into nearby cosy taverns and elegant bars to continue the festive celebration just beyond the church doors.
